Delete your account.

In the app

Open  on your phone and sign in with your number.

Tap Ajustes (Settings) and scroll down to Tu cuenta (Your account). Tap Borrar mi cuenta (Delete my account).

The app tells you what will be deleted and texts you a code to make sure it's you. Enter the code and your account is deleted right away.

Without the app

Write to hola@diselo.app and tell us the phone number you sign in with. Before deleting anything we text a code to that number. We delete it within 30 days, usually the same day.

What gets deleted

Your clients, your calls and their recordings, your messages, estimates, invoices, schedule, expenses and notes.

Your office number is released and your assistant stops answering.

If you pay for a plan, it's canceled that day and you won't be charged again.

What we keep

Your payment records, for as long as tax law requires.

If you replied STOP to a message, we keep that number so we never text it again.

Anything you already sent to someone else, like an estimate your client received, stays on their phone.
