This page explains how will work, an app that isn't available yet, and lets you sign up to be notified when it's out.

By using the page you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you don't agree, don't use it.

The app isn't out yet

We don't promise a launch date. Features, price and conditions may change before the app is available, and we might decide not to launch it.

Signing up is not a purchase or a service contract, and we don't charge you anything for it.

The price we show is the planned one. Before you subscribe you'll see the final price and the terms of service, which you'll accept separately.

Examples are examples

The calls, names, estimates and amounts on this page are examples that show how it works. They are not real clients or guaranteed results.

Some photos, videos and voices on this page were made with artificial intelligence tools to illustrate the service. The people shown are not clients.

Automated technology and your responsibility

uses automated technology, including artificial intelligence, to answer calls, translate and write. It can make mistakes. That's why you hear everything before it goes to your client, and you are the one who sends it.

You decide what you send and you are responsible for what you agree with your clients: jobs, prices, estimates, licenses, permits and taxes.

How the page may not be used

Don't sign up someone else's number without their permission or give false information.

Don't try to damage or overload the page, scrape data automatically, copy its content or reverse engineer it.

What belongs to us

The  brand, logo, texts, images, videos, audio and code of this page belong to Hearttale LLC or are used with permission. Don't copy or use them without our written authorization.

Other services

If the page takes you to another service, such as WhatsApp, that service has its own rules and we are not responsible for it.

No warranties

We provide the page as is. We don't guarantee it will always work, without errors or interruptions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hearttale LLC is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits or data from using the page. Since the page is free, our total liability for any claim about it does not exceed 100 dollars.

If you use the page against these terms and that causes a claim against Hearttale LLC, you are responsible for that claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

If any part of these terms is not valid, the rest remains in effect.

Changes

We may change these terms. Changes apply from the moment we publish them here with the new date.
