How it works

An American client calls and you can't pick up. Your company's assistant answers in English and asks what they need, where and when.

When they hang up, My office calls you and tells you in Spanish who called and what they want.

You reply by talking, in Spanish, the way you'd tell a coworker. The app reads back in Spanish what will go out. If it's right, you tap Send and your client gets it in English.

To quote a job, you say the work and the price. The app builds the estimate in English, with your company name and the math done, and your client signs it with a finger on their phone.

What  doesn't do

It doesn't send anything to your client until you've heard it in Spanish and approved it.

It doesn't ask for a Social Security number or immigration status.

It doesn't change your number: you keep yours, and your family still calls you the same way.

It doesn't require reading or writing English. Everything is done by talking and with big buttons.

A call translator passes words from one language to the other while you're on the call. It works if you can pick up at that moment and only need to understand.

A bilingual receptionist answers, takes messages and can solve things an app can't. It costs more and keeps office hours.

Google Translate is free and works for understanding a sentence or a message. It doesn't answer your calls, speak for your company or build estimates.
